Toy Mouse

why does my cat meow loudly while walking around with a toy mouse in his mouth?
he does this alot, albert is a 4 year old male tabby in a single cat house hold.
I have a feral outside cat that “came” with our house. The only time you hear him is when he has caught something and is walking around with it in his mouth!!!!!!!!!!
