Should I let my cat outside in my fenced backyard and tie a leash to a tree for him?
my cat wants to go outside and I want to know if I should let him and her outside and tie a leesh to him and a tree.
I don’t think you should leash him and her. Just stand outside with your cat and observe him and her and make sure he and she can’t escape.
