Pet Feeder

If I buy 2 feeder pinky rats, will they be the same as if I bought them from a pet store or breeder?
I want to save some pinkies, but I don’t want them acting like wild vicious creatures. I already have rats, so I will be able to hand-rear them.
Are you really ready to spend that kind of time? It takes feeding every hour, wiping them with a warm slightly wet cloth after every hour feeding to make them go to the bath room and checking to make sure they don’t freeze in the night. You will need eye droppers, kitten formula and to be able to go with only an hour of sleep at a time. It is long and hard work and while it may be worth while it is more then most people can handle, you will HAVE to give up pretty much everything in your life or put them in the hands of another and risk them not wanting to take the time to do it right. I would suggest going to a GOOD breeder for your rats. Or better yet go to a rescue and ask to foster a momma and litter and save more then one life. Rats NEED to be raised by their moms if AT ALL possible because they need to learn how to be a rat and learn manners just like any animal needs to learn from their mothers.
