Why does my brothers dog sometimes bite/snuggle a blanket and whine?
My brother’s beagle will sometimes lay down with a blanket and bite down on it, and sometimes whine…
Its not like he’s begging, he just does this for about 5 minutes and then stops…
I’ll go over and pet him and stuff but I don’t think he’s doing it for attention
I was just wondering why he does this?

Sounds like he was taken away from his mom to early. Even though he may be an adult, some cats and dogs will continue to do what your brother’s dog is doing, if they were separated from their mother’s before the proper weaning age.
