If I recall the script rightly, you’re supposed to come in at the beginning of Act II, hurl this jar violently against the floor, and scream, “Here’s your jar of PRECIOUS pickles, you — you — ERADICATOR of entire galaxies!” then storm off stage left. This will figure significantly near the end of Act III, when I reveal to you and your pet hermit crab, that I am your secret benefactor, who rescued you from cannibalistic Shriners when you were just a babe. Okay? Any other questions?
Don’t lecture me! You KNOW you promised to turn that scene into a riveting song for me, and I’m not rehearsing any further until you do so.
