Fountain Cat

Des anyone have a cat-it dome fountain for cats – have you experienced difficulties with it?
I have just purchased one of these fountains to help my cat lead a healthy life. However, I cannot get the water to flow evenly over the dome (it only runs down a quarter of the surface), despite having followed the instructions to solve this problem (running hands over dome). Has anyone else found that this product does not work as described? Any suggestions? Thanks!
i don’t know about this one- doesn’t sound like a good product personally.. but i have the drinkwell electronic water system… i’ve have it almost a year and LOVE it! i would highly suggest returning the one you got and purchasing this one instead!
