Drinkwell Original Pet Fountain versus Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain?
Is the Platinum version worth the extra money?
Also, is Petsmart a good place to get them? Do they have good prices considering everyone elses prices? I know my Petsmart has them but I’m not sure how much they cost and I’m not sure what everyone elses prices are.

I think it is because it holds so much more water. I feel more comfortable leaving my dogs for a few hours with it. I think it cost me 20 extra bucks and that was cheap not to have to worry about them. I have several dogs tho, if you just have say 1 cat or something, the orginal is fine and you can save $
