What’s wrong with my cat? He pees everywhere and has bad legs?

My cat Timmy is 5. His entire life he’s had walking problems, or balance problems, he has bad back legs. He meows alot. He seems to not be able to control his bladder, he pees on everything. Mostly furniture or wherever he sleeps. There will be big big big pee stains where he sleeps. The vet I go to didn’t diagnose everything which really makes me question his judgement. Does anyone’s animals have similar problems to these?

With the cat having back leg problems and not able to control is bladder it sounds like some thing may be wrong neurologically. A friend has a dog that has disc problems in his spine and lost bladder function and he cannot walk normally. You need to take this cat to a new vet and find the source of his problem
