Cat Ferret

Is it normal for a ferret to only want to eat dry cat food?
I tried giving her some ferret food once and she just walked away from it but she seems to love the cat food.
Ferrets are very picky when it comes to food. They can choose a certain food and then eat no other type. Many places recommend mixes at least three different foods together in case the type of food you are using stops being sold.
You may want to try gradually introducing ferret food into the cat food. Start with just a small amount for a few days, such as a few spoonfuls in her bowl of cat food, and then over the next few weeks increase the amount of ferret food until it is all ferret food.
My ferrets eat 5 different types of food, mixed together three at a time. I was glad that when a food I used stopped being sold, I still had four others to turn to.
