Itching, feels like it’s on fire, yelp!!!?

Does anyone know any over the counter anti itching creams or natural remedies that I could use until I get to a doctor to find out what’s going on? Can’t get there immediately, so for maybe a week or so I need something to take care of the itching because it’s driving me nuts.
There’s no visible rash or anything icky crawling around, but my scrotum itches all over but mostly at the back of it and hurts like hell. It’s definitely not a hygiene issue because I always consider hygiene important and keep that place as clean as possible, although can’t say with 100% certainty it isn’t an STI… I don’t need any advice telling me not to sleep around till I get it checked out, I’m not that reckless (and the itching would make that difficult anyways)
It’s been cold lately and my clothes either for gym or normal wear don’t chafe too much so I’m not so sure that it is that. I’ll get some of those treatments though to see if there’s any relief.

No. Do NOT put anything on it untill you talk to a doctor. This is because if it’s an infection then putting anything on it can severely worsen the problem. (Unfortunatly I had to learn that the hard way)
It sounds like Syphilis or a yeast infection.
